
Joshua Abegah Tawiah (Elder) provides a strong Christian leadership as a servant leader with a sharp focus on teaching children living in poverty the Bible in his field ministry to draw them to the joy, peace, and love of Jehovah God. He is also a Management Professional whose integrity and faith guide his entire life and work. Joshua loves Jehovah God, and he demonstrates his love and lives out his faith by giving care to the poor and downtrodden irrespective of their challenging background.
Joshua has a clear understanding of the challenges that millions of people, especially young girls and other children who have been historically excluded from opportunities, suffer to access quality healthcare, education, water, and sanitation in the poorer communities in Ghana.
Joshua is a dedicated and visionary leader, who is committed to making a difference in his community by providing mentorship, care, counseling, and financial aid to the needy through holistic child development organizations directly and collaboratively through other humanitarian organizations. He has over 20 years of experience in accountancy, including business management, and audit service.
Joshua is currently serving as an independent directoron the DALET Board of Directors, he is responsible for performance evaluation, conflict and dispute resolution and budgetary and compensations review. He also leads financial policy direction and the children's ministry for our international and local partnership with churches.
Joshua is Assurance Partner of KKGO Chartered Accountants, a firm of Chartered Accountants, and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting Option) from the Cape Coast Technical University, Cape Coast; and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in accountancy from the same technical university. He has led several audits of both foreign and local companies, government, and non-governmental organizations. He has also carried out several other consulting engagements for clients within the same space. He has served a wide range of industries over the period of his practice. Until recently he worked at the NEXIA DEBRA & CO., the local representative of the NEXIA INTERNATIONAL in Ghana as an Audit Manager.
Joshua is a highly competent and experienced management professional with integrity and high ethical standards. He is a valuable asset to DALET and to the children and families that we serve in the rural communities.
