FINANCIAL INTEGRITY
Since the inception of DALET nonprofit organization in 2015, our donors and partners have enabled us to serve the spiritual, economic, social and health care needs of 1,155 orphans and vulnerable children, severely disabled children in poverty, and the aged/elderly who have children depending on them in poorest communities we serve. With a beginner’s mindset, we strive to demonstrate transparency and accountability.
DALET is committed to accountability because we are faith-based tzedakah / sadaqah organization; to us the act of giving to the poor and vulnerable is righteous, respectful, builds and includes everyone to take up opportunities, and this practice is rooted in our core values.
We began our healthcare program and conducted our first health screening in the Church of Pentecost church building at Larbie with the support of all our Christian sisters and brothers in 2017; over 150 women were assisted with NHIS cards.
We bring a beginner’s mindset: We learn, adapt, improve, and strive to be a faithful and good stewards of the resources entrusted to us to deliver joy, peace, wellness, righteousness, and safety. We recognize our own strength, weakness, and the need to continue to earn the trust of all our stakeholders.
Having learned the harsh lessons of the COVID-19 impact on our organization and supporters; we recognize our failure to response in 2019/2020 pandemic year due to lack of resources, and we seek to learn and adapt to help more people.

If I recall, I can’t remember anywhere in the history of this community that an NGO has come to our aid and provided this humanitarian relief service in Konongo here. I am pleading that DALET establish its regional headquarters here. We are grateful, Zongo chief is very grateful, we appreciate the act of kindness

As a faith-based charitable organization, we strive to be faithful and good stewards of the resources you entrust to us. Our financial accountability, reporting processes, and results are consistently commended, meet conformance, and we are learning to improve on our performance. As the LORD continue to bless us and as we receive your ongoing support, we will continue working to deliver as many women and children as possible from extreme suffering of poverty.
In 2018, we began publishing an Accountability Report. This report describes the work of DALET in a way that put a spotlight on transparency from the way we operate and deliver impact as a humanitarian organization. We believe this is a response to our stakeholder needs, along with the continued publication of our audited financial statements as our supporters assist DALET to grow, we would learn, adapt, and meet all the standards.
