Muslims and Christians alike are called to serve those in need. Hassana Salius, Director of Faith and Community Development at DALET nonprofit is a passionate Muslim woman who is dedicated to serving children living in poverty.

She has over 25 years of experience in business management, including Business Administration, Office Management, and Financial Service Management. She also has an extensive breadth and depth of expertise in Early Childhood Development, and she uses her skills and expertise to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.

She has also served in various customer service positions, including Financial Service Teller (Remittances) for the Ghana Post Company Ltd, and as a secretary for the 31st December Women Movement in the Ashanti Akyem District in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

In her current role as Director of Faith and Community Development, Hassana is responsible for overseeing urban development programs of faith for achieving a free society. She also leads DALET's Ramadan charity response efforts for Islamic communities in Ghana.

Hassana is a trained teacher in Early Childhood Education and she is the founder of the Royal Youth Club for Zongo Communities, which provides educational and recreational opportunities for children in Muslim communities. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Hassana's deep faith motivates her to serve others. She believes that we are all connected and that we have a responsibility to help those in need. She is also committed to promoting interfaith understanding and cooperation.
