Mrs Hannah Owusu is a passionate and experienced Healthcare Professional with a strong commitment to serving the needs of children living in poverty. She has a deep faith in God, which informs her entire life and work.
Hannah has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, including Clinical Care, Emergency Operations, and Disaster Management. She also has an extensive breadth and depth of expertise in practical examination and assessment in education and training as a School Teacher and a Clinical Educator.
She has also served in various nonprofit leadership positions, including Financial Secretary for the Ghana National Adventist Fellowship, Korle-Bu in 2003, and Director of the Health Ministry for the Accra West Central District of SDA Church.
In her current role as Director of Healthcare and Safety at DALET, Hannah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare for the organization's programs. She also leads DALET's disaster preparedness and response efforts.
Hannah is a certified Emergency Nurse Specialist and a Member of the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives. She holds a Diploma in Nursing from the University of Ghana, Legon; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Nursing from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST); and a certification in Project Management.
